This past week GT Programs in the Northcentral Arkansas Education Cooperative were successully monitored by the ADE.  The school's GT Programs monitored were Mountain View, Calico Rock, Norfork, ICC and Melbourne.  Jill Clogston, Gifted Education Specialist, along with Bob Nichols from the Arkansas Department of Education spent a half-day in each of these (5) districts, visiting with the GT Coordinator, building administrators, students, and other stakeholders to gather evidence about programs.  All schools were found to be in compliance with the ADE's  Gifted and Talented Rules and Regulations.
